Business Background
Marcus has an Engineering Degree. Prior to becoming one of the first franchise owners with Always Best Care, Marcus was a Business Consultant with Ernst & Young. He also worked in corporate positions with Radio Shack and FEDEX Kinkos.

Marcus’ areas of strength includes understanding how to hire the right people and how to market and sell products and services.
Fun Fact
Although Marcus lives in the heart of Dallas Cowboy Country, he is a Die-Hard Oakland Raiders Fan! Who knew?
What Motivates Me
Marcus is not motivated by money, but rather making a difference in people’s lives, especially his employees. Examples include helping employees with cancer treatment, car repair, and helping some of his CNAs with the expenses for their kid’s baseball tournaments. Ultimately, he enjoys helping people become successful in their endeavors, whether they stay with Always Best Care or not.
