The Always Best Care Mentorship Program

Our Mission

As our mission statement suggests, we are all committed to working as a united TEAM, providing the best senior care in the world – with the broadest range of services, and the most loving and consistent care anywhere.

In order to achieve our mission, we must look within our organization for expertise and guidance to help each other succeed. With the help of the Franchise Advisory Council, we are proud to introduce the all new Always Best Care Mentorship Program.

How Will the Program Work?

Always Best Care franchise owners who are interested in becoming a Mentor or a Protégé (individual being mentored) will have an opportunity to volunteer for the program.  Mentors will be able to make a connection with someone who would flourish by their example, essentially mentoring a Protégé.  After a request is made, the mentors will then contact the prospective Protégé directly to discuss their needs and to determine if it is a good fit for both of them. All mentorships will last three months in length. After three months both the mentor and Protégé will determine if they would like to continue.

Selecting a Mentor

This is a volunteer program and the Mentor will make the final determination of who they will mentor. Below are some of the current Always Best Care Mentor’s to select from:

What areas can I be mentored upon?

Mentors are in complete control of who they believe they can help and when they will hold mentorship meetings.  Mentorship focus areas can include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Referral marketing
  • Caregiver recruitment and retention
  • Assisted living placement
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Operations
  • Financial management
  • Home Health

Mentors and Protégés can also discuss getting help in other areas outside of this list.  Mentors will also determine how long they want to offer support to their Protégé.
